The Neiman family has been running this fish counter since 1994. Co-located with Monsey Glatt at 190 Route 59, with a sister counter on Myrtle Avenue in Spring Valley. Fresh salmon, tuna, branzino, sea bass, and homemade gefilte. Every filet and every steak cut to order.
Custom-Cut to Order
Tell the counter what you need. Filets, steaks, whole fish, boned, butterflied. Cut while you wait.
Homemade Gefilte
Shaped by hand. Fresh or frozen in loaves. Shabbos and Yom Tov supply.

Wild Salmon
Wild-caught salmon, cut into filets or steaks. Skin-on or off, boned or not, your call.
Fresh Tuna
Sushi-grade when available. Cut for tartare or steaks for searing.
Branzino & Sea Bass
Whole fish or filets. Branzino whole, gutted and scaled. Sea bass filetted on site.
Flounder & Sole
Flaky white fish, filetted fresh. The weekday dinner standby.
